I had some extra pretzels left after the Rolo Pretzels and other items I made for sweets this week and decided it was time to make something savory. I remembered this Cranberry Orange Dip that I made a few years ago for a party and decided to throw it together.
Cranberry Orange Dip
8 oz cream cheese
2/3 c shredded swiss cheese
2 Tbsp apple juice
1/2 tsp orange zest
1/2 c dried cranberries
Plug in your Little Dipper slow cooker to get it warming up. Put the cream cheese into it (you may need to cut it into chunks to get it in there. Grate the orange and add the zest. Add the swiss cheese. Add the apple juice. Cover and let cook for 45 minutes to an hour. When the cream and swiss cheeses have melted, stir in the dried cranberries.
It’s also great with apple slices!
