Honey Mustard Pork Chops

There was a sale on pork chops a few weeks ago at the grocery store and so I picked up the pork chops to bake.  One morning, before work, I began marinating the pork chops, but since it was -31 degrees with the windchill, I decided to bake them in the oven instead of grilling them outside.

Honey Mustard Pork Chops

4 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp coarse mustard
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
pinch cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
6 bone-in pork chops

Mix together all ingredients except pork chops.  Pour mixture over the pork chops and marinate for 60 minutes to 8 hours.  Heat oven to 425 degrees.  Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until pork chops are finished.
