The week of the Super Bowl, chicken wings were on sale at the grocery store. Apparently they are what people eat for the big game day. When the weekend rolled around, I wasn’t in the mood to put them together. Instead, I put the wings in the freezer for about a week. Today, I pulled them back out and decided to put together some chicken wings.
Parmesan Chicken Wings
2 pound package of chicken wings
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp garlic olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together the oregano, rosemary, cumin and salt. Lay the chicken wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and season the wings with this mixture.
Bake the wings for 20-25 minutes. While this is baking, mix together the oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and seasoning salt.
When the chicken is cooked through, dip the wings in the oil mixture.
